Years ago, I was in a situation where I had a limited budget and limited amount of time to find a place for my family to live. Denise spent hours going from listing to listing with me until I found my home. After 10 years in that home, my husband and I were looking for a very specific type of  home in a very specific area. It took us several years but Denise stuck by us and was patient, sending us listings that we may be interested in and always quick to set up appointments for homes that we wanted to see. We finally found the perfect home a few months back and she helped us get the home just 2 days after it was listed. We are now listing our previous home with her to sell. What a great experience! I just purchased a home in Westminster and Denise was my realtor this was my third home I have purchased and have never had everything move so smoothly.
