Real Estate is an ever evolving and moving target. I pride myself in keeping up with new trends and laws, while maintaining the foundation of great business practices.

With over 18 years of experience, this never gets old or boring. Each new day, each new client, brings an opportunity to educate and encourage… I view this as a calling. I get excited about the process and the relationships. I make it ALL about YOU never about me. My clients will tell you I make this fun and interactive. This process is a group effort, and while stressful, can also be a rewarding learning experience, and an opportunity to grow (for us all).

My energy and devotion to this industry go far beyond the typical expectations. I served on the Carroll County Association of Realtor’s board for over 10 years, to include  executive offices. I am proud to have been the 2015-2016 President. I didn’t stop there, I am also involved at the state and national levels, and  was elected by my peers to sit on the Maryland Realtor’s Executive Committee for the  2017-2018 term. There I will represented the voice of local agents and clients in the  Carroll , Harford  and Howard County areas.

What does this mean to my clients? A LOT! I have gained crucial knowledge and skills far beyond the ordinary or required. I am able to tap into resources, and use this wisdom in negotiating for and educating my clients.
